The phone has three configurable feature buttons that enable one-touch access to functions like lines. At a glance, dual colour status LEDs provide indicator updates. Conference, transfer, drop, hold, mute, and speaker are among the fixed feature keys offered. The Avaya 1403 phone comes with a speakerphone.
