Clocking in and out
Essential feature in Venus HRMS, helps employees to clock in, register break periods, and clock out after the workday is complete, using either magnetic card readers or personalized phone numbers. Card readers are useful because they reduce the risk of fraud or “proxy” clocking in.

Leave management
Venus HRMS flexible leave management system lets you handle complex tasks with easy-to-use automation tools. If any missed day will not automatically mark as “absent”; instead, the employee will be alerted to apply for leave or make any special attendance requests (such as half-day).

Payroll integration
If Venus HRMS is linked to payroll, compensation is calculated as per the time registered in the HRMS records, reconciling any approved leaves or paid time off (PTO) can be done separately.
