Cisco IP Phone power transformer for the 8800 phone series

Where Cisco in-line power over Ethernet is unavailable or impractical, the Cisco IP Phone power cube is frequently used to provide power to Cisco IP phones. A new local power cube is used by the new Cisco IP Phone 7970G colour phone (part number CP-PWR-CUBE-2). All Cisco IP phone types are compatible with this new cube. When installing any Cisco IP phone using local power or replacing an old power cube, customers are urged to switch to the new Cisco IP Phone power cube. The brand-new power cube utilises the identical nation (AC line) cord as the previous model (part number CP-PWR-CUBE).
